Reserve And Pay Your Deposit
Reserve a whole, half, or quarter share. Whole/Half customers go straight to their secure cut sheet after the deposit; quarters are processed The Quasa Way.
Fill Out Your Cut Sheet
Make your selections on your secure cut sheet link and press Submit Cut Sheet when you are ready.
We Send It To The Processor
As soon as you submit your cut sheet, your processing instructions are sent automatically for processing. You never mail a form.
Please complete every section of your cut sheet online. Any selection left blank may become the butcher's choice. If USDA or custom processing is not specified, USDA processing and pricing may automatically be applied.
