Once you have placed your whole or half beef order, use the Quasa Cattle Co. Cut Sheet to select how you would like your beef processed and packaged.
Please complete every applicable section. Any option left blank may be completed according to the butcher's standard choice.

Complete Your Selections
Enter your customer information and select your preferred steaks, roasts, ground beef ratio, package sizes, specialty cuts, and other processing options.
Return the Completed Form
Email the completed form to QuasaCattleCo@gmail.com or contact Kenny or Luke if you have questions about your order.
Please fill out the cut sheet completely. Any selection left blank may become the butcher's choice. If USDA or custom processing is not specified, USDA processing and pricing may automatically be applied.
