1. Using This Website

This website provides information about Quasa Cattle Co. ("QUASA," "we," "us") and lets you request, reserve, and manage orders. By using the site you agree to these terms. Information on the site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

2. Orders, Availability, and Acceptance

Beef shares and products are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry or reservation request does not guarantee an order. An order is accepted only when QUASA confirms it, for example through an order confirmation after your deposit is received. Shipping requests are reviewed and must be approved before payment. QUASA may decline or cancel a request, for example if availability changes or information cannot be verified; any payment received for a cancelled order is handled under our Refund, Returns & Deposits Policy.

3. Pricing, Weight Estimates, and Final Balance

Beef shares are priced per pound of official hanging weight at the rate shown on the Beef Orders page for your share (currently Whole $11.00/lb, Half $11.50/lb, Quarter $12.00/lb). Weights shown on the site are estimates; actual hanging weight and final packaged weight vary by animal.

After processing, QUASA staff confirm the official hanging weight and issue a remaining-balance invoice calculated as: official hanging weight × your share rate, minus the deposit already paid, plus any approved processor (McBride) add-ons based on your cut-sheet selections. The remaining-balance invoice is due within 48 hours after it is sent. Prices and rates may change for future orders; the rate stated for your order applies.

4. Promotions

Promotions and promo codes apply only as described with the specific offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be limited by product, time, or eligibility.

5. Payments

Deposits and invoices are processed securely by Stripe. QUASA does not receive or store your full card number. You authorize QUASA to charge the amounts shown at checkout or on your invoice.

6. Your Information and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, and delivery information and for keeping your member-portal sign-in secure. Cut-sheet selections you submit are sent to the processor as submitted; fields left blank are processed at the butcher's choice.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All website content, including photographs, logos, the QUASA name, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Quasa Cattle Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content commercially without written permission. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us with details.

8. Reviews

QUASA does not knowingly publish fabricated reviews or testimonials. Any reviews published in the future will reflect genuine customer feedback.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QUASA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
