Information We Collect
- Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
- Order details: share or product selected, fulfillment preference (pickup, storage, or shipping), shipping/delivery address, Quasa Storage interest, notes, and promo codes.
- Member portal and cut-sheet information: your sign-in account, cut selections, order status, official hanging weight, and invoice status.
- Employment applications: information you submit when applying to work with us.
- Messages you send through our contact forms or by email or phone.
- Basic technical information needed to run and secure the site (such as browser storage for sign-in).
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment pages; QUASA does not receive or store your full card number. We receive payment confirmations and related information (such as amount and payment status) from Stripe.
How We Use Information
- To review, confirm, process, and fulfill orders, including sending your cut sheet to the processor.
- To provide the member portal and customer service.
- To send transactional emails, such as order confirmations, sign-in links, invoices, and reminders.
- To review employment applications.
- To protect against fraud and keep the site secure.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, with service providers such as our payment processor (Stripe), our meat processor (to process your order), our website hosting, database, and email providers, or when required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls that limit customer and staff data to authorized users, and secure, expiring links for documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including order history, financial, and legal record-keeping requirements.
Your Choices and Requests
